Gary and list:  Everything is wrong about the picture, with the
exception that it is an NSL photo.                                               
The location is wrong.  This photo is of cars on the ready tracks, on
the east side of the downtown Terminal, looking north.  The Schroeder
Hotel is on the left and the Royal Hotel is on the right.  As a winter
scene, my guess is that this photo was taken during the last week of
service or even, the last day, January 21, 1963.         

The Harrison Shops were at the foot of 5th at Harrison street,on
Milwaukee's southside.   This was a large complex, fully acquipped for
inspections and major overhauls.  A large storage yard and a minor
enclosed passenger station shelter, were located there.
