Ask list member Charlie Brown about what happened to an OERM member who raised the pole
to a live section of wire while the car was blue flagged and Dave was working underneath
it. I don't know if this can be tied in with Pittsburgh traction, but the results were
not pretty for the idiot who raised the trolley....
