<p><font face="arial,helvetica"><font size=-1>I worked for three days on
this reprint. It is not just a "run down to</font></font>
<br><font face="arial,helvetica"><font size=-1>Kinko's and copy it" type
of thing. I scanned the pages of the manual, two at</font></font>
<br><font face="arial,helvetica"><font size=-1>a time to save time. Then,
cropped the pages into singles again (this takes</font></font>
<br><font face="arial,helvetica"><font size=-1>less time than scanning
two individual pages), rotated them on the sheet,</font></font>
<br><font face="arial,helvetica"><font size=-1>scaled them 150% and printed
them on 28-pound, opaque paper. I then designed</font></font>
<br><font face="arial,helvetica"><font size=-1>a front cover, made with
110-pound index cover stock, printed that and the</font></font>
<br><font face="arial,helvetica"><font size=-1>back cover. The covers were
then laminated. Tomorrow I will bind the booklets</font></font>
<br><font face="arial,helvetica"><font size=-1>and they will be finished.
Now, of course, any future copies will just be a</font></font>
<br><font face="arial,helvetica"><font size=-1>matter of printing, laminating
and binding.</font></font>
