handful of facts: 1) We have enough grade crossings (and perhaps one more
than would be absolutely desirable). 2) Our track guys hate bridge
structures because they are maintenance-intensive. 3) Tie replacement
becomes more difficult to accomplish on a longer line without an increase in
help. 4) We are trying hard to constrain the physical plant to a
size that we can afford to maintain and operate.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
