I set my mind on that Trolley Coach book that I would not go over $128 <BR>US
on it. Good move as it went for $180. <BR><BR>My guess is the
other one will too. <BR><BR>Had I got the first one at $128 I probably would
have taken a more agressive <BR>shot at the other one listed. I had $300
in my head as plenty for both of <BR>them. But with the first gone, its
off to plan B. <BR><BR>Plan B is that I have a source who has offered to copy
for me both books for <BR>$100. <BR>That seems like a much more rational
way to go and I'll have some pennies <BR>left over for your next publication.
<BR><BR>By the way, even though I am heavy with the Pittsburgh chat group,
Arden, Ed <BR>and <BR>Fred Schneider, (I am the same age as Fred III)
I have actually spent more <BR>time in your fair city watching and
riding street cars. I started in 1958 <BR>without a camera, and
made spotty trips in the 60's and got serious the week <BR>before Rodgers Rd.
was converted to trolley coach. I got good movies of all <BR>the lines
from that time on and <BR>edited and put out some of my stuff on Steve Neff's
nameplate in the 70's. <BR>My wife and I love Toronto and its nice
