Okay, I'm usually the last one to know about what goes on in Pittsburgh
so I'm sure that y'all already know about the PCC auction.  But here's
the website in case anyone wants to be the first on their block to have
a PCC in their backyard.  Unless they live in the same block as Ray...

Car numbers appear to be #4008 & 4009.      They are white
with narrow yellow and black band around front and on back on lower

Pittsburgh was a very late operator of PCC Cars and there are
a store of parts on the same venue.    Brooklyn, San Francisco,
Tucson, Dallas, Colorado Springs are possible bidders.  Pittsburgh's
loss will be another city's gain.    Hopefully some of the repair
mechanics can be relocated with the cars as these and Newark PCC's
scatter.     We will need the skills of these technicians when the
