Brooklyn, San Francisco, Tucson, Dallas, Colorado Springs are possible bidders. Pittsburgh's loss will be another city's gain. Hopefully some of the repair mechanics can be relocated with the cars as these and Newark PCC's scatter. We will need the skills of these technicians when the oil shocks arrive.
