John, Appears it might be a 3001 series, open bench car, outbound from Kennywood Park to Duquesne. A lot of romance to this shot especially the background showing the active Duguesne steelworks facility at the time, and to think the commuters wearing their white shirts and lacy fines on those picnic outings, But, of course, "DUZ did it, then"!
