I'll take a stab at this.  Kenosha sold birneys #85-#99 (St. Louis,
1920) to Louisville in 1931.  Some cars were stored and not used.  They
are all listed as having been scrapped around 1945.  (source:  The
Birney Car by Harold Cox).

In looking thru the roster in Ben Rohrbeck's Johnstown book, I don't see
any mention of any cars coming from Louisville or Kenosha.  The only
cars from Maine are #305-#311 (Wason, 1920, DE DT Closed city cars)
which came from the Bangor Railway & Electric.
