  From what I've seen, railfans liked to have the dest. sign matching
or at least close to where they were at the time. The PRMA map of
1959 shows St. Clair(between Highland and Negley) as early trackage.
I don't know anything about this but maybe this was once St.Clair
Transfer. From the routes covered in Jim's post I would surmise that
this may be Euclid between Penn and Centre. Perhaps this trackage was
used to get to and from rts 75 and 88????  Just a novice's guess.
