A friend of mine lives just outside of Little Rock. I still have the 
newspaper with article dated the week before track work began in 
North Little Rock(July 7, 2003). I just so happened to be visiting 
him that week. He's a fellow computer geek, Derrick! In fact, he's 
the dean of a small technical college in Little Rock. Looks like I 
visited one year too early. But thanks for the link Fred, as I do 
remember the areas where the trolleys run.
