<div dir="ltr">Several years (actually several decades) ago I had a book which contained a short story about Pittsburgh titled, &quot;Another Spring, Another Flood&quot;. I am sure this short story was in a book which contained a collection of Pittsburgh themed short stories. I had thought the story was in the Pittsburgh History &amp; Landmarks Foundation book, &quot;Streetcars In Literature&quot;. I received this book from PHLF today and &quot;Another Spring, Another Flood&quot; is not in that collection.<br>
