The<br>PRCo and PATransit rule books were basically the same book. The only<br>changes were the substitution of
"PATransit" for "PRCo" and less<br>information on street car orders as the years progressed. My copy is the<br>1973 edition. Lots of information on the signal systems and special<br>operating instructions in effect for streetcars.
