As approach the Glenwood Bridge, I see to the right, the old roadway that appears to have led underneath the current Glenwood Bridge, to the old bridge. My visual perception of the underpass to the old bridge seems to indicate that there was not enough room for trailer trucks, buses or streetcars to pass under the new to reach the old. But, I’ve never parked and gotten out my car to really examine this.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Anyone remember how this was managed?
