<div dir="ltr">Heavy rain fell all night and morning causing flooding throughout the city and boroughs. Attached are two photos from along the Library Road trolley right of way. Where I live on Brownsville Road has been bumper to bumper traffic, both directions, all day do to Saw Mill Run Blvd being closed because of high water.<br clear="all">
