bit more history<BR> <BR>It was in an envelope postmarked 1952 addressed
from John Baxter to Max MacGrew. Includes in pencil this note:
"Bob. Please give to Baxter with W.P."<BR> <BR>So this might have
been the source document for the PERC booklet.<BR> <BR>The w.p. comment
apparently pertains to a fare zone

against the little mimeographed booklet published by PERC back in the 50s which
purports to show the same information. I have found some apparent
omissions in the PERC booklet and it will be interesting to see if they were
