<body class='hmmessage'><div dir='ltr'>Since there are no municipalities in Armstrong that come close to that number, there is no mandatory recycling. I make mulch for the gardens when I can with a 40+ year old machine that I push around the yard. I acts as either a very powerful blower, or I can add a grate that mulches them into a bag I can attach. I had to drag the sewing machine out on the porch last week to work on the bag, since Sears no longer carries any replacement parts.<div><br></div><div>Den<span style="font-size: 12pt;">nis F.
