Also, the current alignment of East Street could be used to a North Avenue subway to connect to the existing rail line. Hopefully the Federal Government has money for this !<br>

yeah, i know the old approach wouldn't work today. something where one of<br>
the 2 HOV lanes is would work, and could drop you right into the tunnel<br>
