As I was writing that last answer to your first post, I was thinking the<br>
same thing about using the HOV lanes then into the tunnel on North Side.<br>
Also, the current alignment of East Street could be used to a North Avenue<br>
subway to connect to the existing rail line. Hopefully the Federal<br>
