<div dir="ltr">If that iron fence was out of the way it would be easier to see if there is a trailer car coupled to the trolley. It's hard to tell if the sacks are being pulled behind the trolley on a trailer or are on the horse-truck sitting just this side of the trolley.<br>

</div>I did, I think I agree with the foregoing. What I question is the idea<br>
that those sacks are mail sacks.<br>
<br>
It looks to me as if the contents of the sacks are grain or flour or<br>
something with less structure than small packages or bundles of<br>
letters. Note how the "ears" at the bottom of the sacks are filled<br>
out, and the roundedness of the body of the sacks. I would think that<br>
mail would show us corners and edges here and there rather than the<br>
smooth surfaces those sacks exhibit.<br>

Then again, I may be unduly influenced by the legend for some brand of<br>
flour displayed on the one wagon.<br>
