I bought an Epson slide scanner and have been doing some experimenting with it. I started at 600 dpi and was not happy with any of the darker images (I had to lighten them in Photoshop Elements and they became grainy) so I went to 19000 and wow, what a difference. My question is, what dpi setting do you use? </div><div><br></div><div>I have considered using 19000 and then cutting the file size by 50%.</div><div><br></div><div>I am saving them in tiff format.</div><div><br></div><div><br><br><div>Dennis F.
