[milwaukee-electric] Photo Date?

Somebody from the Wauwatosa Historical Society asked me when this photo was 
taken. You may notice that Wauwatosa's "Little Red Store" (Jacobus Oil) was 
painted yellow in this particular image:

I have no idea when this shot was taken. The late Dave Mewhinney asked me to 
identify the location a few years before he passed away. The store was 
painted red in the images I have from 1957-'58.
