I think it's important for everyone to remember that donations to  
public entities like this are a benefit to everyone. Although I don't  
belong to the Kenosha Streetcar Society or know if it helps to raise  
money for the system, it would be a good idea to encourage private  
donations to keep the system going. Money talks more than letters to  
the Mayor, especially in hard times such as these.
