Although your photo clue(s) were attached to both messages and ....
they're both the same photo.  What's the clue?                   

Okay, now;   There are two concrete structures, the first one coming to
my mind is along the Cape Road and the second is just west of Cape Road
on the East Troy Line.                                         

I like to think that my brain has so much stored up there that it takes
me some time to sort through it all, to find what I want to remember.
Just wait, this comes to all of us, eventually.    As Mike Bauers says;
