This is the final meeting on whether or not the Streetcar line gets shut down entirely for budgetary reasons in January, February and March 2010, a stupid move indeed as it's one of Kenosha's biggest tourist draws. 
Aldermanic support does seem strong to find the $68,000 to keep it operating during those months. 

We feel confident that a good showing from citizens and railfans in the crowd will turn the tide in our favor. Spoken comments are encouraged. If you prefer not to speak, get there by 5 and sit there, and just raise your hand when we ask the crowd for a show of support. Thank you!
