[milwaukee-electric] Green Bay 103

I spoke to an ETER director who said that 103 was badly rotted throughout from its many years of neglect. I recall seeing this wooden car resting directly on the ground at Phantom Woods decades ago and wondering why that was being allowed.

On a positive note, "The Trolley at East Troy" in all its six segments is attracting a lot of viewer interest on YouTube, much more so than it did even at East Troy over the late 1980s-1990s-early 2000s. The ETER through all those 20 years had the rights to sell it, and didn't.

I see Green Bay interurban body #103 was recently scrapped.
