Ken:   Great photo ... location is e-o-l Route 19 on Atkinson at
Teutonia.             

I've seen several photos at that location but most were closeups of the
car.  I like this one showing the intersection and the billboards on
Atkinson, for its atmosphere. 

Most trolley photographers, buddied up, when out on a photoshoot so, I
expect that comparisons with other photos may get a closeup which would
show the car number.  The date of the photo might then be established,
also.
