Matt: Good to hear from you, again.

Hales Corners has changed dramatically. S. 108th Street (Hwy 100), is
now a boulevard, three lanes on each side. The easternmost, north
roadway is now on the old private right of way. The High Voltage towers
are new and have been set back to allow for the road expansion. The
entire eastern fields adjacent to the former tracks, is now all shopping
malls. The intersections of Hwy 100, Forest Home and Janesville Road,
have been widen and reconstructed with additional lanes.

Cape Road is now Forest Home to a point where it becomes Cape Road,
again. All traces of the prow are gone with the exception of a small
electric sub-station on the site of the former loop.

Holz Motors is now Wisconsin's largest Chevrolte Dealer and has taken
over all land on the west side of Hwy 100 between Janesville Road and
former Cape Road.

The old (?) Hotel and Bar is still on the NW corner of Hwy 100 and
Janesville Road. It has been restored and upgraded to attract business.

The prow north, from where it turns to the NE on approaching Boulder
Road (now Edgerton Avenue), remains intact, as does most of the prow
along the east side of I 894 north.

Any specific questions to be asked?

Regards, Don L.
