[milwaukee-electric] 1902 Town of Wauwatosa address

Does anyone know where the 1902 address--881 28th Street might have 
been? I am not totally certain of the hundred block being 800, but that 
is what it appears to be on an Ellis Island ship manifest.

The 1901 Milwaukee map shows that 28th Street was not platted north of 
either Townsend or Keefe 
(http://www4.uwm.edu/libraries/digilib/zoom/am000169.cfm). Back then, 
27th Street was named Washington Avenue--apparently very near the 
easternmost part of the unincorporated Town of Wauwatosa. The one block 
that was platted between 27th and 28th and between Townsend and Keefe 
most likely belonged to the AO Smith Company in 1901.
