[milwaukee-electric] West Allis Junction/Belton

This photo was apparently taken over thirty years ago from between 96th 
and 98th. The two-block stretch of Burnham is just barely visible. This 
is the location on the 1934 map that was marked as WA Junction with an 
arrow, pointing to it.
