Just a heads up to whoever has the administrative powers to the list  
directory, you have a huge amount of spam files in that directory  
which probably need to be deleted. These types of files are the ones  
which spammers use to clog everyone's email with cialis and viagra ads.

There are more that are NSFW - not safe for work. It may be worthwhile  
to tighten up access or change passwords to stop this type of spam use.
