West Penn to Downtown Pittsburgh

I know of no plans for regular passenger service operating on both systems.
PRCo chartered cars did go to Oakford Park, I'm told. And there's the
alleged run of a new PCC to Greensburg that no one can seem to verify.
Wishful thinking or a late-night test? Who knows?
