Greetings!

	Thanks, Charlie, for this report.  Maybe some of the recommendations in 
this report were carried out within the next decade and some of those I listed 
previously might have been a part of the recommendations.  Sounds like this 
report was done as part of the receivership proceedings I mentioned.

	Also, think Ed mentioned once that PRCo considered replacing the West 
End Streetcars with Trolley Coaches!
