I think Jim, or Derrick, or somebody, outlined some of the difficulties in
this. Built over in places, street running in others, hoity-toity neighbors
in others. Plus two major viaducts among other necessary earthworks. Maybe
we shouldn't hold our breath.

OTOH, PTM considers itself the top tourist attraction in Washington. And
the heritage line would certainly help access to the museum. And they've
only just started to deal with Charlie!
