Okay, Derrick. But I won't have time to scan these this weekend. I need
to purge a month and a half of e-mail and uninstall one of my daughter's
games so I have enough hard drive space to open my Photo Deluxe program.
I was going to have my buddy at the computer store install a new 10GB
hard drive and up my RAM from 16MB to 32MB, but I have auctions running
on eBay and I can't afford the down time until they are completed. Bear
with me and I'll get those pix scanned. I can either send you (or anyone
else who may be interested) a jpeg file or I can ask Dave Mewhinney to
post the pix on his site when he is back online. His site is up, but
he's not taking contributions until he completes his move into a new
house.
Just for the fun of it....if PAT was pro-streetcar like the TTC and
decided to retain streetcars on a core system of heavily patronized
lines, I wonder if the Johnstown PCCs and the well maintained DC Transit
PCCs would have found a home on PAT's lines in the mid to late 1960's.
Shall we play a little game of "What if?" :-)
Ken J.
