City PCCs on the Interurbans

Greetings!

	Had some coffee at work this evening and it has me going - at the 
typewriter so far!

	Did any of the 1700 series city cars make it to Charleroi or 
Washington and if so, what was the occasion?  I have a list of early PERC 
charters and that isn't indicated?

	What about other city PCC cars making it down that far?
