28 Heidelberg

Greetings!

	I was in Pgh in 1976; the next time was 1984.  Took a ride down 88 
through Monongahela, Charleroi and on through Roscoe.  As far as I can tell, 
the road in 1984 was not unlike it was in 1953 when the interurbans last ran 
there so I doubt that the side-of-the-road prw was incorporated into the 
highway.  Who knows what it is like now!

	Heidelberg was not far from Bridgeville and I could see where they 
would want to widen that highway beside the 28 line.  But has it really been 
done?
