On my first visit to Pittsburgh 25 years ago, I was waiting at Penn Station
and talking with an older couple who told of remembering a streetcar line
somewhere in the West End back in the '50s where you would see car coming
down the street waddling like a duck. Was there one of the West End lines
where this description would be particularly apt, or does it sound generic?
