PTM offers a very nice track map, dated 1959 and showing all changes 
since 1859. There are also maps around showing the contraction of the 
system in later years. ERA did publish a map - I'm not sure of the date, but

it must have been post-1949.

May 1963, 
Oct 1965, 
July 1966, 
Oct 1966, 
Nov 1967, 
Nov/Dec 1970

Plenty of others, I'm sure, but I *don't* have a complete file.
