Thanks for the reply.

I really don't know how to consider pricing such publications.... the
CERA book on GE was in the fifty dollar range. As you know, traction
titles are always a bit pricey due to limited market and the
extraordinary efforts the authors must make. 

I am cc'ing this to Dr. Fred Schneider and James Holland since they are
more in touch with such matters.

I personally believe such a volume would be a big help to both the
traction modeling community and the general traction fan population.
