I think there was a gas company official living in that neighborhood. He
used to complain to my aunt and uncle about some private gas wells and
about how he wanted to tighten up the "grandfather" clauses allowing
private citizens to own and utilize them. 

My uncle was at 81 Mayfair Drive. Which house was Mr. Palmer's? Ken J.
