The route card is here. Also, my father (who grew up in Wilkinsburg)
remembers riding it and knows that it backed up for a block in that
municipality.

Interesting question. Yes, I remember rollsigns on some early 1960s
fantrips with 63-Trafford Express listing. My question is: who has
documentation that PRC actually identified 63 as "Trafford Express"? And if
so, what did "express" signify? I (very vaguely) recall 63 listed
(somewhere) as via Forbes, Ardmore, E. Pitts. to Trafford. But have no
recollection where I saw that route listing.
