Westinghouse PCCs on Route 21

I heard, read, or something, that the PCC's used on 21 Fineview had some
body panels below the floor line removed for clearance reasons.  I don't
know if that was true or not.  I agree with others that PCC gearing was
standard for all cars. Bill Vigrass
