IIRC it's the 11F Fineview, but not a literal, direct replacement.
Generally PRCo route numbers don't fit directly into the PAT system, so it
wouldn't be a 21 Fineview anyhow. The PAT system divides "corridors" into
groups of 5 numbers, e.g. 1-5 is north shore of the Allegheny, and
counterclockwise up to 91-95 on the south shore of the Allegheny. 1
routes, as well as the first number in any series are "local" buses to
downtown, 2 (if there were any) as well as any other "second" number are
some sort of limited or premium service, I can't really explain it. 67H
(Squirrel Hill) proves it's not multi-zone. 3 and any other 3rd number are
express buses, 4/4th number are non-local but not to downtown buses, and
5/5th number are local buses in a small area, like 60 series in
McKeesport, 65 series in East Pittsburgh/Braddock, and so on.
And then there are "flyer" buses, designated by a letter, like
T Trafford or G Greensburg Pike. The actual difference between flyer and
express is unclear to me.
The LRT line through Beechview stayed 42 (instead of 42/38 which it was
properly in the PRCo system) but got letters for the longer runs to South
Hills Village (42S) and Library, when that line was "upgraded" (42L); I
recall that when I was in high school there were some short-turns
designated 42, but I can't recall where they turned.
