As my calendar is already in pieces and placed in my photo album, I do

Even though the interurbans had destination signs of CHARLEROI,
WASHINGTON, and PITTSBURGH, the latter was rarely used. Like the city signs
which read 42 DORMONT both inbound and outbound, the interurbans used
CHARLEROI or WASHINGTON both inbound and outbound.
The sign of CHARLEROI is correct - he is still heading south -
outbound - and should change it to PITTSBURGH at the Roscoe loop but it was
perfectly permissible to use CHARLEROI for both directions.
Once heading inbound the car probably went all the way through to
Pgh.; it was only the very late night cars that used the Charleroi carbarn to
pull in that just went to Charleroi.
