Westinghouse PCCs on Route 21

PAT replaced the 21-Fineview trolleys with a bus route carrying a
different number (I'll have to look it up, but it was something like 6F).
From May 1, 1966 on, it used GM buses that were shorter than the GM
fishbowls that PAT was acquiring at that time. These shorter buses were
new in 1966, but had side windows like the 1950's GM buses. I also
recall that at least on weekends the Fineview buses alternated trips with
Spring Garden. I don't know if the Fineview buses were eventually
discontinued or merged in with another route.
