PRCo 100

Greetings!

On another mail list, the subject came up about the first revenue
service of the PCC cars. I quote the several references from the PCC books
by Schneider and Carlson in addition to those by Young in his history of St.
Louis Car about PRCo 100 being the first PCC in service. (I like to quote
references because it lends authenticity to a subject which might be and
usually is disputed; I tend to raise a white flag about remembrances of
facts!)

Ken has noticed these posts and has shared them with a couple
others; thought you might enjoy reading them too!

I was tempted to make a reply about . . . "the mafia trying to
rewrite history but they can't read and write English yet" . . . but
decided to let well enough alone!
