	It does seem that way.  And after these discussion it would seem 
more logical to put the line in a subway all the way - except the prw in 
Beechview to SHJ.  Or if not in a subway, at least a depressed right of 
way that would allow for viaducts over the tracks.
	Someone else wrote me privately that this is still really a 
streetcar line.  When the Overbrook line is rebuilt it will be more an 
LRV line.  A couple more grade crossings will be eliminated as well.
	Don't forget, though, that even when the Overbrook line is 
completely double tracked, the curves along the Hillside beside Route 51 
will not be 70 mph.  It will be faster without all the sidings but still 
not break-neck speed operation.
	The topography of the line will probably keep speeds to 50 mph 
top the whole way!
