either one of the news reports or the tape they were running periodically
at South Hills Village on the last day of service for Drake referred to
its rebuilding as if it were a done deal. 

They mention a proposed park 'n ride at Drake. Well, I wonder then what it
was I parked in there? Proposed improvements, maybe, but the lot is there,
albeit unimproved.
