Got the message about the photo. Thanks.
The layout on this photo, now that I look at it up close, resembles Meadow
Lands Siding, Route W. Only problem: What's that Nachod contactor doing up
there on the wire? Meadow Lands was clearly in US&S territory.
I'll get back on this one after the field trip Monday and Tuesday and after
the income taxes are done!

Interesting! In the July 1952 ERA *Electric Railroads* on page-3 is a
photo of PITTSBURGH bound 1707 that appears to be the same identical
location - but nothing more is said of the photo. In the latter photo
is a white building in the background that doesn't appear in the website
version, but the house, line poles etc seem to match.
ED--did you get the message about the Library of Congress for the 3600
photo? ISP is still having tremendous difficulty processing email.
