Houston?

Having had a chance to examine this over the weekend...

It is not near Houston.  Banfield Siding 1) was removed in 1938 and 2) had
different topography.

It is not Meadow Lands.  The Nachod contactor rules this out.

It is not on Washington at all.  It is a southbound car at Allenport Siding
on the Charleroi route.  One of these days I'll get over there to check out
the roofs.
